We are a multidisciplinary company with over 40 years of experience in advising, administrative business processes outsourcing and business management offering a broad range of services to work closely with our clients over the entire life cycle of their businesses based on our experience in the key sectors of activity.

Daem was born in 1977 in the district of Les Corts in Barcelona by the hand of the tax specialist Manuel Cornejo, Daem was a pioneer company offering business advisory services in Spain with a comprehensive range of services aiming to cover all needs for an efficient management of a business including administrative Business Process Outsourcing services of fiscal and tax, accounting, labor and economic-financial matters.

Since its inception, Daem has been firmly committed to the latest technological tools, having its own team of developers and computer programmers during its first stage. Today, the evolution of technology and its specialization have led DAEM to reach agreements with leading companies in the sector according to their specialty.


In 1996, as a result of the success of our services and the growth of our customers, Daem expanded its business and moved to c/ Numancia in Barcelona, where we have our headquarters today. Over the years, we have been complementing our range of services. To this end, we have reinforced ourselves with specialized teams of strategic consultancy, human resources management and transactions, which allows us to support our clients in all phases of their business life cycle (from birth to sale or disposal).

We offer a global coverage becoming reference to our clients also in internationalization plans. We have numerous success stories in different sectors, including consumer products and services. In addition, we have a long experience with Venture Capital and Family Office both in administrative support services and reporting to its subsidiaries as well as in the research for suitable investments.
